Getting Started

  1. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the navigation bar
  2. Fill out the registration form with your details:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Password
    • Student information
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Complete your profile setup

Note: You must use your student email address to register.

After registration, you'll receive a verification email. Follow these steps:

  1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder)
  2. Click on the verification link in the email
  3. Your account will be activated automatically

Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder or contact support.

Buying & Selling

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click "Add Item" in the navigation bar
  3. Fill out the item details:
    • Item name and description
    • Category and condition
    • Price
    • Upload photos
  4. Review and submit your listing

Tip: Good photos and detailed descriptions help items sell faster!

  1. Browse items on the homepage or search for specific items
  2. Click on an item to view details
  3. Add the item to your cart
  4. Go to your cart and proceed to checkout
  5. Complete the purchase process

Note: You can also contact sellers directly to ask questions about items.

Safety & Security

Safety Guidelines:
  • Meet in public places: Campus libraries, cafes, or student centers
  • Verify items: Check the condition before paying
  • Use cash or secure payment: Avoid sharing bank details
  • Trust your instincts: If something feels off, don't proceed
  • Report suspicious activity: Contact support immediately

  2. Report to us: Use the "Report a Bug" page or contact support
  3. Provide details: Include screenshots and specific information
